Why You Need a Speech
Welcome to Day 1 of the Build Your Speech Challenge using my 5T FLY Framework. Before we write a single line, we need to answer one foundational question:
Why does every leader, coach, and brand need a speech?
1️⃣ A Speech Is Not Just for the Stage
A speech is your core message—the one idea you are known for.
You may never step on a traditional stage, but you are speaking every day:
- On social media
- In sales conversations
- On Zoom calls
- In workshops and trainings
- In classrooms, pulpits, boardrooms, and podcasts
Your speech becomes the engine behind all of it.
