Automated System Detection
Hey guys, been running into my AI assistant getting a hold of business numbers that have automated systems (IVRs) and getting stuck, draining minutes going through the menu or getting transferred to a customer service out of the country. Having a full conversation, and the customer service person is just talking, not even knowing that it's AI, and my assistant's asking crazy questions. How can we get the AI to acknowledge that it's calling a business or an IVR (automated system) and disconnect? Has anybody dealt with this or know a way?
