Each day = one Skool-driven task that helps everyone win. š© Monday - Deal Drop Day Post a deal, lead, or opportunity youāre working on. - Wholesalers: share an off-market deal. - Agents: post a buyer need, seller lead, or question. - Include how we the community can help you! - Comment on at least 2 others posts! šØ Tuesday - Feedback Loop Share a listing, social post, or marketing piece - and ask for feedback. - Get real-time help improving your pitch, post, or offer. - Comment on at least 2 other posts with feedback or ideas. š¦ Wednesday - Deal Talk / Breakdown Post a breakdown of a past or current deal. - What went well? - What didnāt? - Include numbers, lessons, or negotiation play-by-play. - Give feedback to at least 1 person! š§ Thursday - Rolodex Roundup Share a vendor, lender, or contact thatās helped you recently. - Think: investor-friendly agent, hard money lender, GC, etc. - Give their info + a quick review. š„ Friday - Open House + Visibility Post your open house or listing walkthrough details. - Drop your link, time, location - even a short reel if you have one. - Let's support each other and hype it up to anyone we know in the area. - Provide feedback on 2 open house posts! ā« Saturday - Creative Strategy Drop Share a creative strategy, script, or play youāve used. - Could be around: buyer incentives, seller financing, JV splits, FSBO convos, etc. - Help us win! āŖ Sunday - Weekly Wins + Intention Reflect + reset. - What was your win this week? - Whatās your ONE priority next week? - Who do you want to partner with or support next?
