For wholesaling, our lead gen comes from mostly VA cold callers and texters. We do some PPL but we are going to do a trial run on facebook ads. I’m not a big believer of facebook ads for real estate however we have an intern working for us on a couple things and we made him make some videos and learn facebook ads.
Here’s what he came with and what we will set a small budget for on facebook ads.
He’s a 22 year old so try not to be too brutal, his exposure to real estate was limited before interning but he’s eager to be on camera.
