Inspirational Quote.
I was really inspired by this quote. I was doing kettlebell training for several months and then tacfit 26 (tactical fitness program). Had muscle but couldn't even climb over a wall. I'm now concentrating on running, swimming, jumping, climbing, lifting, balance, mobility, some combatives, being outdoors. Joined here to work on bodyweight strength to complement this.

Try couch 2 5k if starting from scratch. It'll help build your endurance. Then mix it up with 'race pace' runs, long slow runs, hill reps, short fast runs, hill reps, etc

Hi. Looking to get back into calisthenics. First goal is being able to do pull ups again. Ultimately muscle ups. Also I just turned 50! UGG!!
