What Would Make You Invest $25K–$50K?
I keep asking myself this question: What would make YOU confident enough to write a $25K–$50K check with someone? Is it the numbers? The track record? Transparent communication? The operational expertise? For me, it's all of it—but if I had to pick one, it's the person. You can have great numbers on paper, but if the operator doesn't have skin in the game and won't communicate, you're in trouble. What's your non-negotiable? 👇

My non-negotiable is alignment, incentives, risk, and vision all pointing the same way. If we’re not building toward the same outcome, the money doesn’t move.

@David Centeno I focus on properties where the numbers make sense for steady cash flow and long-term growth. I’m also keeping an eye on off-market opportunities and ways to leverage networks for deals that aren’t publicly listed.
