Amazing, thank you for all the work man 🙌
Dad finally wearing plackers, at least a bit.
(Plackers are another tool that works the same as the mouthguard (it's flat and adds dental height) but it's much smaller and so it is much slower. It helps some people who struggle with the mouthguard as an starting point. 29/3 I tried again with plackers. This time I made emphasis on the fact that his tongue should be up on the palate, avoiding touching the device as much as possible. I also taught him again how to wear it, and that he should ideally put it in the lower teeth. I was also much more convincing and confident in my speech. Even though the knowledge I have hasn't changed, my personality is slowly becoming more assertive. I'm calmer and more effective in communication in general. Thanks to this and the new tips, he was able to wear it for around an hour. The idea is to start him with an hour each day in the morning. And slowly he should be able to wear it as much as possible and while doing other activities, and during sleep. Later on we can upgrade to a mouthguard.

Stretch marks from the most effective technique yet.
I was massaging my left arm during class, when I instantly got this huge stretch mark in my arm. I went over some noticeably tight spots. Particularly, massaging near the posterior forearm zone was what brought these changes in the upside-down equivalent. This is the histo-stretching (histo means "soft tissue") I talk about. It is the fastest method of progression, much faster than techniques like thumbpulling (or 3D oral face-pulling, as I do it). Full post here.
