Incisive suture
Hey guys, I've been looking the sutures on the palate and I have noticed there is a incisive suture along the front of the palate, I haven't heard much on this before but is it possible that we can apply forward pressure infront of this suture to encourage forward growth?

Progress ?
Hello guys, I use the "bite in an apple" technique to track my progress coz idk how to do it otherwise. On the 1st pic (left), I still had my metal retainers on (I removed them soon after) and was just starting reviv (2 weeks in) The 2d pic (right) is after 2 months of reviv + thumbpulling. I was wondering if there is some progress, I really don’t know...
Progress ?
Front third mewing
My palate in the front is very narrow compared to the back third. Anyone knows how to strengthen the front third of the tongue.
One year results
Already posted in the main Reviv group, but sharing here at Santiago’s request 12 months complete. I haven’t missed a single night of mouth guard wearing. (Funny, last night I woke up and the mouth guard had fallen out; the first time in over a year). Regular stretching and molar clip ons during the day. I haven’t reached every goal I have with this process, everyone can judge the results for themselves. Onward and upward! And don’t forget to bring a towel
