Pomelli- new AI experiment from Google (free tool)
Happy Friday everyone! 👻 Google Labs just released Pomelli, a free AI tool built to help small and solo business owners generate scalable, on-brand campaigns in minutes. Here’s what it does: 1. Analyzes your website to create your Business DNA (brand colors, fonts, tone, and visuals). 2. Generates tailored campaign ideas based on that DNA. 3. Produces ready-to-use assets—social posts, captions, and visuals you can edit directly in the tool. It’s currently in beta so sadly I cannot try it just yet (available in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), but worth keeping an eye on especially if you are in marketing & ads space, physical or digital products, any type of brand that needs on-brand content! Here is the link: https://labs.google.com/pomelli/about/ Let me know if you try it and what's your thoughts!

Perhaps with VPN you can try already :)
Friday Check-In✨
Hey everyone — as we’re heading into the weekend, I’d love to hear from you: - What’s been your biggest win this week? - And what’s been your biggest struggle? I’ll go first. My win: This week I actually gave myself permission to slow down — to step away for a day, spend time in silence and just be without feeling constant fomo. Every time I do this (even when it feels impossible because there’s “so much I could do”), I come back with new ideas and clarity. So, highly recommend scheduling that pause (even if it's just a walk in nature) if you feel like you're overwhelmed— it always pays off. My struggle: Being multi-passionate in the AI era (I know many of you can relate). 😅 I’ve been reminded again how easy it is to get pulled in ten directions at once when every idea feels possible. I had a creative idea lately that has been nudging at me, so I finally caved in and I’ve spent the last couple of days deep in a Midjourney, Suno, Veo 3 rabbit hole (hence no new Youtube video this week). It’s a beautiful struggle though... every time I follow those sparks, I gain new skills and insights that feed everything else I do. But at the same time I am learning to be ok with missing my own deadlines. Alright, your turn - what’s been your win and struggle this week? 💬

My win has been showing up and making progress even when it feels hard emotionally due to life. Surprisingly sometimes those messy moments are very giving progress wise. My struggle is priorities, I love 80/20 rule, meaning 20 % of efforts bring 80% of impact when one is focused on the right priorities. Identifying them though is often tricky.

@Elena Kell yes one can’t really see any proof just by thinking :) great point
Building with Lovable or Replit? Let’s Talk About Public vs. Private Projects
Hello everyone, I’ve been exploring the idea of building a prototype of my Wellbeing Radar GPT using an AI app builder such as Lovable. While doing so, I came across the concept of public and private projects. - Public projects mean anyone on the internet can view and remix (copy) the entire project, including all code and chat history. It’s similar to posting your project on a public bulletin board where anyone can read and duplicate it. - Private projects mean only the project owner can access them when logged in. They’re completely hidden from everyone else. Some platforms also offer a “Secret” option (visible only to people with a direct link) and a “Public” option (visible to everyone and listed on the creator’s profile). Here’s what I found: - On Lovable and Replit, projects on the free tier are public by default. To make them private, you need to upgrade to a paid tier. - On Bolt.new, all projects are private by default, even on the free plan. My concerns about using a platform that makes projects public include: - My code being copied - My API key being exposed or misused Were you aware of this? Am I being overly cautious? I was hoping to avoid paying for the prototype stage, so I’d really value your thoughts or alternative suggestions. Thank you!

I prefer Replit when building just because you have a lot more flexibility with page elements. As far as I know the main difference between public and private is accessibility, meaning who can see your project.
Wellbeing Radar - Questions Validation Stage
Hello everyone, I’m testing an early version of a Wellbeing Radar — a simple reflection tool designed to help spot early signs of burnout and energy drains. I’ve prepared three short draft versions of the Radar’s questionnaire: - One for managers (weekly) - One for solopreneurs (weekly) - One for solopreneurs (daily) We’re only validating the questions: no need to answer them. I’d love your take on whether they feel clear, relevant, and useful for your experience. How you can help (5 minutes max): 1. Download one or both docs (below). 2. Read through the draft questions for the version of your choice. · There are 7 for the weekly version and 4 for the daily. 3. To share your feedback, you can either: • Add comments or highlights in your own downloaded copy and send it back (via upload or DM). • Or share short written impressions directly in the community thread. Your feedback will help refine the questions before I move to a prototype stage where the Radar gives personalized outputs. Thanks in advance for helping shape and strengthen this tool 🙏 Karl

Hi Karl, I will review them and let you know.
picking the idea when you are multi-passionate
One of the questions that came up in our live call this week was: how do you know which idea to pursue when you’re multi-passionate (or just trying to pick one to start with)? I wanted to double-down on that because honestly, learning to act on this one principle has taken me out of years of overthinking: 💡You only ever find clarity by taking a step (even if it't tiny).💡 Not by waiting until you’re ready. Not by figuring out which one might work. Not by consuming more advice. Just by doing something—anything—and letting the next step reveal itself. I’m sharing a short clip from Rick Rubin (from Nordic Business Forum that I got to attend) that says it perfectly. His work has deeply influenced how I approach both business and creativity. Highly recommend his book "The Creative Act: A Way of Being". His whole philosophy really captures why I never follow the “just copy what’s already selling” or "latch on the latest trend" type of advice. Sure, it might work faster—but I don’t believe that’s how you build an authentic business. We’re here to share something unique, and the only way to uncover that is by moving, experimenting, removing the noise, listening and acting on what feels true. So if you’re feeling stuck between ideas, remember this: it’s not about picking the “perfect” one in your head. It’s about knowing deep inside what lights you up — and trusting that one small step will reveal more than endless thinking ever could, because it always does. And funny story to end this on: I admire Rick Rubin so much that when I saw he was speaking at Nordic Business Forum in Finland, I immediately checked tickets. They were around $3,000. Then I noticed they had a media pass application on their site. I’d never applied for anything like that before, but why the hell not I thought. So I applied (of course asked Claude to optimize my application), added a link to my YouTube channel (less than 2,000 subscribers at the time), explained what I talk about, and to my surprise — they granted me full digital access to the entire conference. Even more, they invited me to discuss collaborating as media rep next year (attending IRL)… where Oprah will be on stage....
