Paid opportunity if you are in the AI education space
Hi dear AI Solo Clubbers (can this stick?😅) I want to share this opportunity if anyone here is already is a part of or considering entering the AI education space. Igor from AI Advantage Youtube channel (I really look up to him as an AI educator and love his practical and non BS approach) is growing his team and has 2 roles available and I think both are could be great opportunities! They are paid and fully remote. Here is the email: "The AI Advantage is hiring again, and you're one of the first to know about it! We recently partnered with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi to take The AI Advantage to the next level, and this new chapter for AIA includes 50,000+ new members in The AI Advantage Club and a mission to become the world's best place to learn about generative AI. Due to our recent growth, we are beginning the hiring process for two new roles, and we want to give those of you in the email community the first opportunity to apply. The two new positions we are hiring for are: - AI Educational Content Writer - AIA Club Community Moderator You can click on each of those to learn more about each position and get directions on how to apply. (both roles have competitive salaries and are fully remote)
Being multi-passionate in the AI era
Ok so I know that many of us relate to being multi passionate business owners ( or aspiring!) and I just want to share this podcast episode that I found so deeply resonating and helpful in accepting this as a superpower. I agree with Dan on so many levels and really admire his ability to synthesize so many diverse aspects and insights. Highly recommend to listen/watch when you have time! https://youtu.be/ExNWGF-q64M?si=LLZ5di5MYUbmM_Az
🎤AI Role Play aka your practice partner use cases
I don’t think I’ve shared this before, but I’ve been playing with a use case that turned out to be far more powerful than I expected, which is using AI for role play in learning and practice. This actually came up in one of our Weekly AMA Calls back in December. We were talking about how this could be used to practice difficult or high-stakes conversations. Things like negotiations, conversations with a manager, employees or colleagues and other scenarios. Here are a few concrete examples, hopefully they inspire you to try if you haven't already: 1. Practicing difficult conversations and negotiations For example, giving feedback to an employee, negotiating compensation, or preparing for a challenging conversation with a manager or client. You feed the AI context about the situation, the people involved, and what you are trying to achieve. Then you ask it to roleplay the other person. You respond out loud, pause, ask questions, and try different approaches. You can ask it for feedback on where you have gaps in your arguments or where are your blind spots and help you to practice that. The biggest value here is not only the AI’s answers, even thought they can give some good insights. The value is in you practicing clarity, tone, boundaries, and confidence before the real conversation happens. I don't remember how is it called, but I know its backed by neuroscience too :) Easiest set up: NotebookLM or Projects in ChatGPT or Claude with voice mode. 2. Interview and job preparation with real context A very practical setup is for job interviews. You go into NotebookLM, find/upload information about the company, the job description, and your CV. Then you use the audio mode and ask it to act as the interviewer. It feels much closer to a real rehearsal than reading interview questions on a website. You are training your thinking and communication, ability to respond from different angles. Boom, the job is yours ;) 3. Pitches and presentations

End-of-year reflection prompt 📝
Every year I do a deep reflection around this time, to really remind myself of everything I have experienced, celebrate my wins, extract learnings and generally land in the version of me that is entering the next year. When I skip this, I tend to rush ahead and miss how much growth has already happened. I like using AI this way - as a space to think with and to help me integrate and see patterns I might otherwise miss. So I wanted to share the reflection prompt I’m using right now. You can paste into LLM of your choice (ideally the one you used most during the year). You can finetune and customize it to your needs of course. And as always, I encourage you to use dictation mode and speak instead of typing your answers. If you also feel a pull to pause and reflect before planning what’s next, you’re welcome to try it. Here is the Prompt: I want you to act as my personal life and business coach for a deep year-end reflection session. Guide me through a thoughtful conversation about my past year and help me gain clarity for the year ahead. Here's how I want you to approach this: **Your Coaching Style:** - Ask me one powerful question at a time and wait for my response before moving forward - Listen deeply to what I share and reflect back key insights you notice - Be warm, curious, and occasionally challenging when I need it - Help me see patterns and connections I might miss - Encourage me to identify and celebrate the wins - Hold space for difficult moments without trying to fix them **The Journey Structure:** Take me through these phases naturally, letting our conversation flow rather than rigidly following a checklist: **PHASE 1: ARRIVAL & SETTLING IN ** Help me transition into reflective mode. Ask about how I'm feeling right now, what's present for me as I sit down to do this reflection. Create psychological safety before we dive deep. **PHASE 2: THE YEAR IN REVIEW ** Guide me to look back on the full year: - What were my unexpected wins and proud moments?
