✨ Invitation: Test the Wellbeing Radar GPT (v1.4.3 – Daily Mode)
Hello everyone! I’ve been building a simple tool to help solopreneurs become more aware of their wellbeing by looking into how their day actually felt. The latest version of the Wellbeing Radar GPT (WRG) prototype is ready, and I’d love a few volunteers to try it for one week. What it does In under 90 seconds, WRG gives you a quick daily check-in across: - Hope - Energy - Focus - Manageability - Exhaustion And offers one small optional “next move.” How to use it 1. Open the WRG GPT 2. Click or Type “Start” 3. Complete the check-in daily 4. Type “Show Results” What I’d love to learn After the week: - Was WRG useful in your day? - Did it help you notice anything meaningful? - Did it meet expectations? - What could make it better? Wellbeing Radar - Questions Validation Stage
Hello everyone, I’m testing an early version of a Wellbeing Radar — a simple reflection tool designed to help spot early signs of burnout and energy drains. I’ve prepared three short draft versions of the Radar’s questionnaire: - One for managers (weekly) - One for solopreneurs (weekly) - One for solopreneurs (daily) We’re only validating the questions: no need to answer them. I’d love your take on whether they feel clear, relevant, and useful for your experience. How you can help (5 minutes max): 1. Download one or both docs (below). 2. Read through the draft questions for the version of your choice. · There are 7 for the weekly version and 4 for the daily. 3. To share your feedback, you can either: • Add comments or highlights in your own downloaded copy and send it back (via upload or DM). • Or share short written impressions directly in the community thread. Hello everyone! I’ve been working through the Clarity Module and wanted to share my first concrete idea: Wellbeing Radar GPT. It’s a super-simple weekly check-in (7 questions) that helps spot early signs of burnout and gives small nudges to course-correct. Here’s a first rough mockup (screenshot below ⬇️) The goal: a 5-minute weekly reflection that surfaces trends, encourages better habits, and helps managers/teams start conversations about wellbeing before stress becomes burnout. 👉 Would you find something like this useful? 👉 What would make it even more valuable in your daily workflow?
