Paid opportunity if you are in the AI education space
Hi dear AI Solo Clubbers (can this stick?šŸ˜…) I want to share this opportunity if anyone here is already is a part of or considering entering the AI education space. Igor from AI Advantage Youtube channel (I really look up to him as an AI educator and love his practical and non BS approach) is growing his team and has 2 roles available and I think both are could be great opportunities! They are paid and fully remote. Here is the email: "The AI Advantage is hiring again, and you're one of the first to know about it! We recently partnered with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi to take The AI Advantage to the next level, and this new chapter for AIA includes 50,000+ new members in The AI Advantage Club and a mission to become the world's best place to learn about generative AI. Due to our recent growth, we are beginning the hiring process for two new roles, and we want to give those of you in the email community the first opportunity to apply. The two new positions we are hiring for are: - AI Educational Content Writer - AIA Club Community Moderator You can click on each of those to learn more about each position and get directions on how to apply. (both roles have competitive salaries and are fully remote)

@Elena Kell Thank you for sharing this with our community!
Monday check-in šŸ’ŖšŸ»šŸ’¬
Happy Monday everyone! Let's continue to help each other stay on track and keep the momentum. Feel free to share what you are planning to work on this week. I felt that last week doing the Monday check-in here really helped me to actually go ahead and finish things cause I knew I wanted to report back and I felt accountable, so it actually works šŸ˜…. Se here we go, week 2, I'll go first! 1. Continue with the YouTube "back on track momentum" and record 2 more videos. I will be trying to create shorter YouTube videos, more actionable tutorials instead of overthinking longer videos. 2. Kick off February's Challenge in the community! Some of you (including myself) shared that creating content that feels authentic, in your tone of voice, with integrity and without taking all day - is something you want to learn more and implement, so the challenge will be on that! 3. Share a summary on Clawdbot/Moltbot/Openclaw/whateever-the-name-is-today. I held myself back from jumping on the hype train, because I wanted to truly understand what it means for us not only as enterpreneurs but as humans. 4. Add a new AI Assistant into the Vault (in the Classroom), let me know which one would you prefer first: 1) Shorts (reels/tiktok) Script Writer or 2) Carousel Writer - both will be pre-taught on highly converting frameworks, psychology, etc. and have a possibility to be adjusted to your tone of voice. 5. Keep up with my personal content challenge and post at least 3 original reels and repurpose them across other platforms. I will experiment with batching and record 5-10 in one go...I'll report back.. OK I better stop cause I get excited and can probable add 5 more things but I'll have to report back to all of you on Friday sooooo... šŸ˜… Share yours in the comments and let's do it together!

@Elena Kell I am using ChatGPT and nano banana pro. Right now ChatGPT is giving me great results. I need to look at how to prompt nano banana in a better way because the results are not what I was expecting.

@Elena Kell Thank you so much for the tip! I tried it and the result is great. What a difference. I used Perplexity to create the prompt and it also explained to me how Nano Banana functions.
Friday Wins - Let's celebrate the progress!
Happy Friday dear AI solopreneurs! Let's take a couple of minutes to check-in and see how this week went. Celebrating own wins is a practice that ALWAYS gets on to the end of the to-do list, but we are here to change it! šŸ˜Ž I'll go first: Wins: 1. 2 YT video recorded (one for Lovable build and one for Claude Cowork), the one on how to build a simple productivity app with Lovable is now published (finally! YouTube, I am back!) 2. Reactivated my socials and posted 2 reels, 1 carousel, a thread (repurposed from 1 piece of content) biggest win is that I stoped seeing that as a "heavy" thing to do and dropped all perfectionism and started to optimize for time from value -> audience. 3. Had amazing sessions with 2 clients and got tons of ideas what I'll be helping them build as well as ides for tutorials and workshops! 4. Built a content challenge dashboard to stay on track and not loose momentum (attaching screenshot, let me know if you are also struggling with content consistency and want to try it, I'll share the link!) Struggles/ Learnings: 1. My brain runs 1000 km a second somethings, I am navigating how to make a habit of putting things I am testing and building into practical outcome in the real world (content, posts in Skool, tools for others to use) more intuitively and without overthinking. The biggest struggle I have is that when I have an idea or tested some useful use case, instead of simply turning it into content here in community and on socials I start to overcomplicate it, like "oh if I talk about this, I should also mentioned this and this" and then I never post. It becomes to big of an elephant. What helps: after two reels I posted (which were super simple!) I got dms and comments that it was useful, so I just need to lean on that, keep sharing and stop being in my own way. I welcome any tips if you can relate! ;) Your turn!!🤩

@Elena Kell WOW — what a week. Loved seeing you back on YouTube! • Wins: 1. For my Wellbeing Radar GPT, I finally initiated feedback analysis on my prototype — a small move, but significant given my current time/energy constraints. 2. I made solid progress on my wellbeing survey data processing pipeline (not ā€œthereā€ yet, but it’s clearly converging). 3. I ran a few Gemini experiments on real work use cases. 4. Biggest non-AI win: I kicked off a grassroots workplace wellbeing network inside my government agency — ā€œWorkplace Wellbeing Creatorsā€ — connecting people leading initiatives in isolation so we can learn together and get support from HR. Vision: make workplace wellbeing the Agency’s top priority (and yes, AI is already my sparring partner). • Struggles / learnings: 1. Building a high-quality, consistent, credible data processing + reporting pipeline is slow and iterative — and I keep thinking there has to be a better way. 2. With strict data security policies at work, I’m constantly figuring out how to collaborate with AI efficiently — I’m doing OK, but I’m only scratching the surface. 3. I see huge potential in the Wellbeing Radar GPT, and I feel urgency to ship — my edge is AI collaboration, but I need to get better at operationalizing (video/coding/shipping). 4. Perfectionism / feature creep: I love ā€œtest early, iterate fast,ā€ but I keep wanting to add more (same dynamic you described), and it snowballs quickly. • I’ve missed too many Wednesday hangouts — aiming to show up more consistently.

3 hours of work -> AI agent built with Claude Cowork in 5 min
Ok so the first agent is done, I can honestly say Claude Cowork just blew all the custom gpts, projects, 100's of other tools and extensions out of the park. I rarely get SO excited about a release, but this is it you guys....This is the moment to really think what are we spending time on daily as solopreneurs and building agents to delegate the tasks that do not require our zone of genius (and doing it with way better quality) here is a quick recap of how I built an AI agent that scans the AI/tech news and selected newsletters (you can customize) and builds a notion table that it will be uploading to every morning. So all I need to do to check it to see what's relevant and investigate further. For someone who gets FOMO easily I find myself lost in the tunnel of AI news sometimes, so this was a perfect process for me to delegate. let me know if you have any questions!

Hello Elena, your excitement about this is palpable! I have never used Claude so I am unfamiliar with its capabilities. What does Claude Cowork do that a custom GPT can’t? How is it changing the game? Can’t wait for your YouTube on this topic.

@Elena Kell thank you for the explain. It looks more like a smart system than running a predetermined program. I am very intrigued by the different use cases you will come up with. Nothing like having a second Christmas! Enjoy yourself with the new toy! Just don’t tell your kids about this, they will be jealous.
