Monday check-in 💪🏻💬
Happy Monday everyone! Let's continue to help each other stay on track and keep the momentum. Feel free to share what you are planning to work on this week. I felt that last week doing the Monday check-in here really helped me to actually go ahead and finish things cause I knew I wanted to report back and I felt accountable, so it actually works 😅. Se here we go, week 2, I'll go first! 1. Continue with the YouTube "back on track momentum" and record 2 more videos. I will be trying to create shorter YouTube videos, more actionable tutorials instead of overthinking longer videos. 2. Kick off February's Challenge in the community! Some of you (including myself) shared that creating content that feels authentic, in your tone of voice, with integrity and without taking all day - is something you want to learn more and implement, so the challenge will be on that! 3. Share a summary on Clawdbot/Moltbot/Openclaw/whateever-the-name-is-today. I held myself back from jumping on the hype train, because I wanted to truly understand what it means for us not only as enterpreneurs but as humans. 4. Add a new AI Assistant into the Vault (in the Classroom), let me know which one would you prefer first: 1) Shorts (reels/tiktok) Script Writer or 2) Carousel Writer - both will be pre-taught on highly converting frameworks, psychology, etc. and have a possibility to be adjusted to your tone of voice. 5. Keep up with my personal content challenge and post at least 3 original reels and repurpose them across other platforms. I will experiment with batching and record 5-10 in one go...I'll report back.. OK I better stop cause I get excited and can probable add 5 more things but I'll have to report back to all of you on Friday sooooo... 😅 Share yours in the comments and let's do it together!

Friday Wins - Let's celebrate the progress!
Happy Friday dear AI solopreneurs! Let's take a couple of minutes to check-in and see how this week went. Celebrating own wins is a practice that ALWAYS gets on to the end of the to-do list, but we are here to change it! 😎 I'll go first: Wins: 1. 2 YT video recorded (one for Lovable build and one for Claude Cowork), the one on how to build a simple productivity app with Lovable is now published (finally! YouTube, I am back!) 2. Reactivated my socials and posted 2 reels, 1 carousel, a thread (repurposed from 1 piece of content) biggest win is that I stoped seeing that as a "heavy" thing to do and dropped all perfectionism and started to optimize for time from value -> audience. 3. Had amazing sessions with 2 clients and got tons of ideas what I'll be helping them build as well as ides for tutorials and workshops! 4. Built a content challenge dashboard to stay on track and not loose momentum (attaching screenshot, let me know if you are also struggling with content consistency and want to try it, I'll share the link!) Struggles/ Learnings: 1. My brain runs 1000 km a second somethings, I am navigating how to make a habit of putting things I am testing and building into practical outcome in the real world (content, posts in Skool, tools for others to use) more intuitively and without overthinking. The biggest struggle I have is that when I have an idea or tested some useful use case, instead of simply turning it into content here in community and on socials I start to overcomplicate it, like "oh if I talk about this, I should also mentioned this and this" and then I never post. It becomes to big of an elephant. What helps: after two reels I posted (which were super simple!) I got dms and comments that it was useful, so I just need to lean on that, keep sharing and stop being in my own way. I welcome any tips if you can relate! ;) Your turn!!🤩
Monday Check-in 🚀
Let's start off this week with some accountability check-in! Let's keep the momentum and help each other to stay on track 💪🏻 1. What are you working on this week? 2. What's your non-negotiable delivery? 3. What's the most challenging part of you that you will overcome? 4. Is there any support you need from the community? (pick the most relevant or answer all😎) I'll go first: 1. This week I am deep into Claude Cowork testing new use cases, building skills and mini-agents and rethinking my (and my clients) old workflows. 2. My non-negotiable this week is 2 client meetings, 1 Youtube video on Claude, 3 reels, 1 workflow/tool added to this community and doing a bit of a restructure in this skool. 3. Most challenging part is getting back on camera tbh, I don't know why but it's been a month since I've recorded the video and let me tell you that muscle got weak 😅 4. If anyone has any Claude Cowork questions OR examples of your processes, workflows that you are tired of and wondering if you can delegate them to AI, let me know in the comments! These are the workflows and agents I already have in my plan to create in Claude Cowork: 1) Short form video script creator (trained on my voice: turn my messy voice messages into reels scripts applying storytelling frameworks etc) 2) Social media repurpose agent (take my transcript/or voice note and turn into short form content) 3) Research assistant to compile an executive brief of what's happened in AI and how is it relevant to us solopreneurs 4) Personal dashboard to track progress towards goals Ok, now it's out there, I have no way out then to do it! 😅 Your turn!
Monday Check-in 🚀
Tomorrow's workshop rescheduled!
Hi all! Unfortunately I need to reschedule our Intention Setting Workshop to next week - my kid got a stomach bug so I am standby for the domino effect to unfold😅 I have rescheduled it to next week and really hope that most of you can attend. I also wanted to share some prep work if you would like to get going already now: Pre-Workshop Homework (5-10 minutes of reflection) Exercise 1: Somatic Check-in: Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Notice where you feel tension or ease in your body right now. Without judgment, write down: What does my body need more of this year? What does it need less of? Exercise 2: Energy Audit: Think about 2025. List 3-5 activities or situations that made you feel energized and alive. Then list 3-5 that left you drained or dysregulated. You don't need to rationalize or explain It - just notice the patterns. Exercise 3: Time travel: Imagine it's December 2026. You feel on top of your game, content and really grateful and proud of yourself and how this year went. Describe a typical Tuesday in 3-5 sentences. What are you doing? What are you NOT doing? Hope this is helpful!
Happy New Year, 2026 - here we go!!
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a chance to pause and spend time in a way that your nervous system needed. I for sure did, more than 2 weeks, lots of snow, lots of play, minimum screen time/AI, maxing out on family time, but very little alone time (which I missed greatly). So yesterday, once everyone went back to school/daycare I have spent a day "taking a break" after 2 weeks break😅, coming back to my own thoughts, routines and "feeling into" this year. And now I am back as my renewed self, with lots of ideas and plans for my life, business and this community. Hope all of you had a chance to recharge during the holidays. How is everyone doing??? Quick Check-in: What would feel most helpful for you on your AI journey right now from this community or from me? For example, a specific business challenge you’re trying to solve, specific AI tools you want to get into or a process you want to automate/outsource to AI? Would you like more accountability formats, hands-on step-by-step AI tutorial, online business models walkthroughs or something entirely different? I want to hear where you are so I can give the most value. Thank you!! 🙌 PS: don't forget our intention/goal setting workshop next week where we are going to set our goals and intentions for 2026 together🤩
