I’m testing an early version of a Wellbeing Radar — a simple reflection tool designed to help spot early signs of burnout and energy drains.
I’ve prepared three short draft versions of the Radar’s questionnaire:
- One for managers (weekly)
- One for solopreneurs (weekly)
- One for solopreneurs (daily)
We’re only validating the questions: no need to answer them. I’d love your take on whether they feel clear, relevant, and useful for your experience.
How you can help (5 minutes max):
1. Download one or both docs (below).
2. Read through the draft questions for the version of your choice.
· There are 7 for the weekly version and 4 for the daily.
3. To share your feedback, you can either:
• Add comments or highlights in your own downloaded copy and send it back (via upload or DM).
• Or share short written impressions directly in the community thread.
Your feedback will help refine the questions before I move to a prototype stage where the Radar gives personalized outputs.
