Knowledge base is not uploading
Does anyone have the knowledge base issue where files or texts not being uploaded?

Chatbot issue still not resolved
@Jorden Williams Still having issues where our bot is not responding to leads. Our conversations are not showing up entirely in the conversation logs within Assistable that appear in GHL. @Joel M - The initial message goes out. The issue is the user responds and the Ai is not responding or responds once and stops.

voice services migrated in the middle of the night last night - so far, campaigns are flowin' the process is quicker, more data rich and better formatted for production deployments - try 'er out if you havent already -- chat im finishing up - one or two aspects im just waiting for some data items to be relocated to the new database so we can do things like active tag tracking etc Voice is now able to work with / without oauth - of course, you lose some context because we can pull it but we will make sure a call goes through specifically for inbound I'd like to get there with chat. So, what we are going to do is have a webhook input incase oauth disconencts or the sky falls, we'll send you a webhook with all the content and let you know 'true' or 'false' if we were able to send it so you can send it without oauth last missing pieces. the puzzle is coming together

@Joel M - Curious as well, as it looks like my chats just stopped.
calls have been failing all week
I have an assistant set up that does outbound calling. the workflois automated, but everytime i go to check on the calls it shows that all of them are rapidly failing. It has been this way since monday. i don't see a fix for it? am i missing something is there a bug or a patch being pushed for this? my worflows and calls aren't working and we process 1000 calls a day?

@Mitchell Carter Are you letting them call all at once? If so, you may want to add a drip mode and make 20 calls every 5 minutes.
LC vs Twilio
Ya'll moving from LC to Twilio so the same number can be used for voice and SMS? Possible in the foreseeable future to have that ability without moving to our own Twilio accounts? Because there is no way to have the AI make/receive calls from a number setup in the subaccount under LC, correct? It has to be connected into Assistable?

The only way for the assistant o make outbound calls, receive inbound and text from the same number is to move to Twilio from LC. In addition you will need to create a dummy “user” in the GHL sub account and assign it the Twilio number. @Kevin Shult and I just went through this. @Jason Dueck is a great resource for this.
