Where to find a good media buyer?
Hi everyone, I run a SMMA for home improvement contractors. I manage around 25 campaigns. 18-20 are normally active at one time. I’m looking to hire a media buyer but every applicant I get has no experience and is just a waste of time. Does anyone know where I could find a proper media buyer? Ideally I can shift my focus to sales + client communication to focus on proper growth

Ad results - should I be concerned
I’ve been running bathroom renovation ads for my client for just under 6 days now, I’ve spent £110 and only got 1 lead with a budget of £20 per day(I managed to get the lead on the phone and schedule a consultation between them and my client). I started with 4 ads in one ad set trying 2 before and after picture, one carousel and one poster style ad. After 3 days I turned the poster and carousel off as they weren’t performing and just left the other 2 before and after pictures alone. On Friday a lead came in and I contacted them & scheduled a consultation with them but since then, no other leads. This morning I turned off the before and after picture that didn’t generate a lead even though the metrics didn’t seem that bad, I’ll send the metrics below for both before and afters since running: B&A 1: Time running = 5 days, CPR = £52.02, amount spent = £52.02, impressions = 3008, CPC = £0.90, CTR = 1.92%, link clicks = 45 B&A 2: Time running = just under 6 days, CPR = no results, amount spent = £33.27, impressions = 1629, CPC = £1.23, CTR = 1.66%, link clicks = 20 I’ve turned B&A2 off and replaced it with a new before and after picture. Now I’m not really sure what to do, do I make another creative so I have 3 running and leave it alone or just keep the 2 I have running now? As for my forms, I’m using an instant form with the following questions: ‘when are you looking to start your renovation?’ ‘Do you own the property’ and ‘describe your project’. Have I given it enough time to expect more results or not?

You might need to spend more on the ads, but it's fine for this one Best performing ads for Remodeling ( window, kitchen, bathroom, full house, etc. ) 1. UGC ads ( native and conversational script - Lead cost - $25) 2. Remodeling program ( get heavy discounts in exchange for before and after photos - Average lead cost - $9/ lead and 1 qualified appointment out of 4 leads) 3. Native Facebook type ad ( 4 after remodeling images in one) Do the qualification on the budget, timeline, location, and check out their seriousness on the call
