Service Delivery Lesson
What's up y'all. I've posted my struggles with a client i had a few weeks ago but the TLDR is, he's a one man band bathroom renovation business, he doesnt really make a set monthly revenue because his stream of installations aren't consistent each month, i tried running ads for 30 days with a budget of £20 per day and in total, generated 12 leads (10 were horse shit) but 2 were serious, one turned into a site visit but they didnt have the budget. Overall, he doesnt really have the money to run another month which is fair enough but i want to have clear expectations on what an ideal budget should be for running ads for kitchen/bathroom renovation companies... was £20 a day too low and 1 month too short of a time span to generate leads that convert into actual jobs with that budget? or am i just shit and need to get good haha. Would appreciate y'alls insight if youve ran ads for the same niche

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell much appreciate it unc. Do you have a loom or video somewhere that goes over how to actually test and iterate ads and what the format (how many ad sets, ads etc) should look like?
FB keeps fucking me
Hi guys, 1 month ago i made a post about fb permanently banning my personal acc, i lost all access to 8 clients i had active. I created a new BM using my sister's acc, bought a couple ARI accounts and added them as admins, and in the span of 9 days i gradually got back access to all clients assets. Everything went well for 2.5 weeks, then they banned the BM ;), and i didn't get Admin access to my clients assets, only partner access trough my BM. so guess what? lost access to all clients resources (11 clients), again. I bought a verified BM hoping this one will last longer, and i'm going to also get double admin access to all client's BM's, hoping this will keep me safe if an admin or the BM gets banned... we'll see Lesson: don't procrastinate on building a good fb setup, bc from talking with a lot of other people and doing some research and experiencing this my self, FB sometimes bans you with NO reason, and when it happens, it's not fun. so: 1. always have 2-3 admins with full access inside your main BM 2. always get full partner access, and full admin access to the clients BM (if possible add 2 admins). This way you'll be protected from most ban scenarios.

Seeing this has got me considering diversifying advertising across different platforms like google. Have you thought of the same?
Awkward situation with meta ads
So I've been running ads for my bathroom renovation client but a little over 3 weeks now. The daily spend is £20 and so far I've got 6 leads but only 2 decent ones that converted into a consultation (the other 4 aren't even leads). One of them got a site visit, the other got disqualified but both ended up not having the budget so not converting. I had a call with my client this morning discussing what could be done about this, and i tried suggesting us adding a minimum budget onto the creative itself, something like 'bathrooms starting from £X' so people who dont have the money wont be filling it out. Problem is, the client doesn't know the minimum budget as each bathroom varies from person to person so its difficult to put a minimum budget there. So im kind of at a loss as to what to do. I'm not generating enough leads and i dont know how to get the right kind
Ad results - should I be concerned
I’ve been running bathroom renovation ads for my client for just under 6 days now, I’ve spent Ā£110 and only got 1 lead with a budget of Ā£20 per day(I managed to get the lead on the phone and schedule a consultation between them and my client). I started with 4 ads in one ad set trying 2 before and after picture, one carousel and one poster style ad. After 3 days I turned the poster and carousel off as they weren’t performing and just left the other 2 before and after pictures alone. On Friday a lead came in and I contacted them & scheduled a consultation with them but since then, no other leads. This morning I turned off the before and after picture that didn’t generate a lead even though the metrics didn’t seem that bad, I’ll send the metrics below for both before and afters since running: B&A 1: Time running = 5 days, CPR = Ā£52.02, amount spent = Ā£52.02, impressions = 3008, CPC = Ā£0.90, CTR = 1.92%, link clicks = 45 B&A 2: Time running = just under 6 days, CPR = no results, amount spent = Ā£33.27, impressions = 1629, CPC = Ā£1.23, CTR = 1.66%, link clicks = 20 I’ve turned B&A2 off and replaced it with a new before and after picture. Now I’m not really sure what to do, do I make another creative so I have 3 running and leave it alone or just keep the 2 I have running now? As for my forms, I’m using an instant form with the following questions: ā€˜when are you looking to start your renovation?’ ā€˜Do you own the property’ and ā€˜describe your project’. Have I given it enough time to expect more results or not?

@Abhishek Prakash @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell what do you think I should do unc

@Emmett McCarry yeah I get you.. I’m just not sure what’s wrong with it though. It’s an instant form with the following multiple choice questions: 1. How long have you been thinking about a renovation? 2. Do you own the property 3. Describe your project (not multiple choice) then I just ask for their contact information
Ads for Home Improvements
I've got a few prospects who specialise in House extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments. Some of these jobs got upwards of £100,000. That being said, does anyone have experience running meta ads for Home improvement companies whose services are this high ticket? I wouldn't expect my prospect's clientele to be found on meta but if anyone has worked in this niche and has generated great results for their clients let me know

@Tarav Gupta been running for just under 6 days now, spent Ā£110, got 1 lead that I’ve scheduled a consultation with my client. I turned off one of the ads today and replaced it with a new creative. I’ve only got 2 running right now with a budget of Ā£20 per day
