Question, can’t we begin with Hollywood and then maintain with the other diet?

@Rheece Hartte love it! What are your thoughts on intermittent fasting? I’ve been doing that daily, sometimes I have done 22hr stretches. I find I feel pretty weak when I do, but love the idea of my cells going into repair mode. I don’t want to slow my metabolism though!
The 3D World of Dieting (The Old Game) * Updated
The 3D World of Dieting (The Old Game) Ever feel like weight loss is an endless battle of willpower, rules, and restrictions? Like you’re stuck in a never-ending loop of counting calories, guilt over “bad” foods, and self-judgment? That’s because you’re living in 3D Dieting Mode—where struggle, restriction, and frustration rule. But what if I told you that weight loss and health don’t have to be hard? What if you could step into the different Levels of Wellness Experience—where things feel effortless, joyful, and aligned? This is your invitation to leave behind outdated weight loss struggles and step into a new way of being healthy for life! The 3D World of Dieting (The Old Game) Signs You’re Stuck in 3D Dieting Mode: 🚨 Linear Thinking – “I ate one ‘bad’ meal, so my progress is ruined!” 🚨 Restrictive Diets – “No carbs. No sugar. No fun.” 🚨 Judgment & Guilt – “I messed up. I’m weak.” 🚨 All or Nothing Thinking – “If I don’t do it perfectly, why bother?” 🚨 External Validation – “The scale isn’t moving! I must be failing!” 🚨 Separation from the Body – Ignoring hunger, cravings, and true energy needs. 3D Weight Loss is Built on: ❌ Shame & Guilt (Feeling like a failure after a cheat meal) ❌ Rigid Rules (Obsessing over macros & calories) ❌ Control & Restriction (Fearing certain foods) ❌ Power Over (Letting the scale dictate your mood) Does this sound familiar? If so, you’re not alone. But guess what? This game is coming to an end. Who wants to know more about the NEXT Level and what it takes to get there?

@Rheece Hartte yes please! I’m sorry I’ve been a bit MIA, I’m down to 153 from 168 from drastic diet changes and intermittent fasting and eliminating sugary treats. I feel so much better, but know I’m losing muscle as I’m feeling a little weak, and now, more than ever- need to put a strength training practice in place to maximize my results of the life change. Will soak up any knowledge I can!!

The 15 Hormones Affecting Fat Loss - Part 1
Who has heard a Friend say or perhaps thought to themselves....... - "I just keep gaining weight and don't know what to do" - "What use to work for me just doesn't work anymore" - "I exercise more, even eat less and still gain weight by just looking at food" (See-Food Diet) - "I'm getting bigger and bigger and more tired - I'm frustrated and actually scared" - "I've gained too much weight and it's really affecting my Health, Family, Friends, my Job, my Relationship, my Energy. I'm confused, what do I do? It can be confusing, even frustrating. So you go to the Doctor (when you can finally get in to see one 🤣) Who would like to hear a short Dr./Patient conversation about just one of the 15 Hormones Affecting Fat Loss? There are TWO types of regrets:
I saw the following today and wanted to share with You. >>>>>>> 1. Regrets of Action – Wishing you hadn’t done something 2. Regrets of Inaction – Wishing you HAD done something Goodness isn’t just about avoiding bad. It’s about stepping boldly into the opportunities placed before us. Playing it safe might feel comfortable, but it’s the riskiest move of all! True success is about making the most of the opportunities given to us... How YOU Can Apply This?: 1. Stop Watching From the Sidelines: Don’t just applaud others for chasing their dreams—REALIZE you have the same potential. You have been given opportunities. Will you take them? 2. Face Your Lions: Whatever fear or challenge is standing in your way, confront it with courage. Remember, it’s not the outcome that defines you—it’s the COURAGE to take action. 3. Shift Your Mindset: Instead of fearing failure, focus on the regret of inaction. Let the thought of a missed opportunity fuel your drive to act! Reflection Question: What “lion” in your life are you avoiding, and how can you take the first step toward chasing it? What opportunity is in front of you right now? Are you ready to grab life by the mane and chase that lion? Drop a comment below and share your next bold step!

@Rheece Hartte I’m balancing mental health (had a counseling appt today) with physical health changes. I do need to put an actionable plan in place for physical progress. For today, I’ll create that action plan tonight! Feel free to make suggestions!! Appreciate your time!
