How I'm Increasing Lead Revenue by 40% (Without Generating More Leads)
I just finished a 40-minute deep dive with Kyle Sulerud, founder of LeadZolo and usejuiced.com, and I'm honestly rethinking how I sell leads. Here's what blew my mind: Instead of selling leads at fixed prices... your buyers BID against each other in a reverse auction. Sounds crazy, right? But here's what happened when agencies made the switch: • Lead prices increased by 30-40% (same leads, higher revenue) • Client complaints dropped by 80% (they love the control) • Time spent managing clients cut in half (self-service features) • ZERO wasted leads (marketplace liquidates everything) Kyle walked me through: ✅ Exactly how the reverse auction system works ✅ Why buyers actually PREFER this model (counterintuitive but true) ✅ The pricing psychology that makes clients pay more ✅ How to transition your existing clients without losing them ✅ Real feedback from agencies who made the switch ✅ The marketplace feature that ensures you never waste a lead again This is a 40-minute masterclass on scaling your lead distribution. And I'm giving it away for FREE to this community. Want the full video? 👉 Comment "JUICED" below and I'll send you the link (I'm keeping this exclusive to engaged community members only - no lurkers 😉) P.S. - If you're still selling leads manually or using outdated distribution software, this conversation will open your eyes to what's possible in 2025.

Onboarding/Managing small clients
Anyone here solved onboarding and distributing booked calls to smaller clients. I have a few large ones and its easy to manage. But smaller clients create equal amount of time and relationship management for us so we could scale our revenue fast with them (As they signup quickly) but the problems scale too. Wondering if anyone has a system they've created around this.

@Kevin Francis We don't sell leads, only scheduled appointments. We sell them depending on what they fill out on the calendly booking form - Typically $100-200 but we don't replace no-shows.

@Michelle Tarasenko Some bring too much overhead, others just take their appointments and pay their bills, so those are good. For the most part they're not worth it to us - but if we operationalize it better to reduce the work then it would be worth while ...they sign up fast and pay fast vs large clients who sometimes take months to land, do a pilot, pause while they review the pilot, and then finally commit to larger volume.
Facebook ad account limit
sorry for all the posts Does anyone know how I can increase my ad account limit on FB? I'm at 12 ad accounts and it's not letting me add more. One of the accounts is disabled because a client didn't pay the remaining fee.

get your family members to get Business Managers and ad accounts - some of my friends use their wives and stuff like that
Cannibalisation or not when running ads in the same Platform as client
If a potential client runs Facebook ads or TikTok ads through an agency (or direct) does that exclude us from using the same platforms to generate leads for that same client? Is that a cannibalisation effect - or should this not be a concern, and if so, why not? Thanks!

nah don;t worry about it - I do it alot.....Most of mine do or did and gave up and just take the leads from us. The only concern is I've had some start to to copy/steal the some ad copy or ad concepts

yeh - just make good ads and you'll be fine. One of my clients have a 16 person marketing team and their ads SUCK.....They told me they pay about the same or more per booked call as they pay us so their conversions must be like 5-7x more expensive. They do less volume too lol. Initially I was told they were "rock stars" ....so I wouldn't worry about it lol. Just crack on
Scaling pay per lead campaign
I currently have 75 telemarketers dialing a few campaigns, however I was thinking of switching them to all dialing and selling our pay-per-lead packages and agency services instead. I’m not sure the cleanest way to do this and wanted to get some advice from the more experienced PPL and agency guys here. I can generate an enormous amount of live transfers for this daily, but how can I turn that into a profitable model that cashflows quickly?

IN my experience the cleanest way is to pilot PPL with 1 client in 1 niche. You have to be willing to have failure, invest in it and adjust. For example, you might gift the first 20 calls free or set some low price point purely for them to evaluate them (Obv don't do this with small/broke clients) - but with intention to roll that into a phase 2 of the contract where calls are billed at a sustainable price point for both parties. I just gifted 50 free calls to one client and now they're rolling onto 500 a month at $100 per....Doesn't always work out like that though but I've found so long as you pick the right client to offer this to, it more often than not does.
