Inspiration and peace 🎶
My go to music to feel inspired but also at peace.... the wonderful music by Hans Zimmer 🎶 Love his music, especially the piece 'Cornfield Chase' from Interstellar. A fantastic film too! Saw him live at Manchester in 2023 and it was the best concert I've ever been to. If you're not familiar with his music, do go and give it a listen 🎶

Week 2 reflection
Firstly I am not sure where that week went but on reflection it was a very positive week. I was worried about being away and out of routine. The worry was not needed. Hydration was on point 6 out of 7 days. Cardio was done 5 mornings and once last night when I got home. I got my 3 gym sessions in. 3days over 20,000 steps and 4 days of over 10,000 Managed my food so much better and even with a cheat day I still lost 2.4 lb. My biggest win. I am in a long distance relationship and we hadn't seen each other for nearly 6 weeks, she saw my arms and complimented the change I have had. I would normally make a negative comment but instead I looked in the mirror to see what she was seeing and gave myself a rare compliment. She's amazing with her support but I went into detail with her about this group and how supportive you all are. How your wins and progress is inspiring me to keep going so thank you all. Pic of one treat from Saturday. I don't even feel bad, it was so good
