Final Weigh-In and After Pics
Today’s Weight: 158.9 Challenge Results!! Weight: -6.1 lbs Fat: -2% Muscle: +1 lb (I forgot to snap a pic of my In-Body, but I will Add later tonight)! A bigger Win, Since I started at Troy City, I am down 23lbs, up 5lbs in muscle, and down 10% in body fat! I am feeling great! I plan to continue this challenge another 4 weeks! 💪🏻

I re-weighed myself today (Monday) first thing in the Morning and I’m at 158.7 My steps this week were: 77,519 - My biggest win was: working out while out of town and not drinking! - My biggest struggle was: carb cravings - My next workout is on: tomorrows This is my Meal Journal from Week 3 I have been doing ACV 3/day My supplements are: greens/superfoods, and colostrum/collagen peptides, electrolytes

@Andre Kzirian I have been loving how I’m feeling. I’m not as hungry between meals. I’m also feeling less bloated.
