Happy Mother’s Day!
Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women in our community. I’m constantly inspired by how you carve out time for fitness and yourselves. In the middle of the beautiful chaos that is motherhood, you take that one sacred hour to move, to breathe, to reconnect with your body. Your children are watching you and seeing that care for others starts with care for yourselves. I hope today reminds you of how deeply appreciated and admired you are!

Calorie goal 1597 actual 1377, Carb goal 150g, Fat goal 45g, Protein goal 148g. This challenge was quite a balancing act counting macros. It definitely sped up my fat loss and muscle gain. This will continue to be a habit for me. I never would have figured this out on my own. Thanks for the challenge @Andre Kzirian and thanks for tweaking the protein and carb numbers for me @Morgan DeDobbeleer 🥳🤸🏼‍♂️
