Update: I weighted myself at the end of the day after traveling all day. I re-weighed myself today (Monday) first thing in the Morning and I’m at 158.7
My steps this week were: 77,519
  • My biggest win was: working out while out of town and not drinking!
  • My biggest struggle was: carb cravings
  • My next workout is on: tomorrows
