Congratulations to Paula and her success with Antonio and the program. I am truly happy to be apart of Antonio's program that was recommended to me by Dr Luu. I have learned a lot about my nutritional needs that have helped with weight loss and have improved my mobility due to arthritic pain. I am very lucky to have the support and guidance from Dr Luu and Dave Woo at Physiomed Airport. My weekly strength training and physio sessions have been an important part of my life, both physically and mentally motivating. Having being diagnosed with AFIB, I no longer live in fear. I have had great success with their recommendations that will last a lifetime.

I have tried many weight loss programs and failed. Antonio's has designed a weight loss plan specifically for me. I was able to lose up to 50 lbs which I did not think was possible after trying for so long. The best thing was finding out that it is not just a weight loss plan, it has improved my arthritis pain and gave me better mobility. Antonio doesn't let you down even when you have a set back. He is patient and committed to you. Better than any other program I could have hoped for.
