I want to take a moment to recognize some extraordinary progress in our community so many others can take insight and make 2026 into a transformative year. As of Jan 15 2026, has lost 27.8 lbs in just her FIRST 5 weeks of our program! Even over Holidays! Special thanks to Dr and the team at Physiomed Airport for your confidence, inititative and intuition to connect Paula and our program together to lay the groundwork for such pivotal month in Paula's life.
Paula's scale victory is matched by her progress in medication cuts, metabolic data & energy, and overall momentum. Her work so far leads by example to all of us so we can each bring the same energy into 2026.

Paula is of course, one of several individuals who shared some excellent results on our coaching call last night and these win posts exist to remind everyone what is possible and occuring each week in our community.
But HOW did Paula achieve such outstanding results so quickly —and what can the rest of us learn from her tactics and personal applications? 🤔
Here’s what Paula did EXCELLENTLY — details for everyone who loves practical insight:
1️⃣ Consistency > Over Intensity
Paula didn’t try to overhaul everything overnight. She showed up every single day and popped into calls even when she only had moments—through holidays, busy spells, and “life happening”—she made progress by stringing together good days.
This is key! Consistency is stronger than occasional bursts of perfection.
2️⃣ Tactical Daily Habits > Over Micromanaging every bite of food...
Instead of adding up spreadsheets of macros & calories, Paula ate key combinations on her custom plan, listened to metabolic hormone hunger signals, and later added morning vegetable juices to temporarily alkalize the bloodstream.
Allowing further elimination of toxins that slow physiological progress across several biological systems. This is only her foundation. Paula actually had ZERO days of counting or tracking ANYTHING.
Its not that she wasnt willing to either! Its just a fact that simple, sustainable routines created a structure for her body to be continually be provided with steady minerals in the RIGHT ratios for her body, detox, and hunger management.
Her results accelerated after each addition, and this allowed her to also be guided to lower dose of Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) upon a recent doctor appointment.
3️⃣ Track, Reflect, Adjust
Paula consistently tracked things other than just a scale at home. She updated us on many other health markers, energy wise, appetite wise, and productivity wise.
Along with physical data points that are NOT solely a scale.
We also focused on the “non-scale” wins: how particular clothes fit compared to weeks prior, energy timing and levels + the INPUTS leading to her first powerful accomplishment in our community.
4️⃣ Incremental Changes Once Momentum was already established (Not All At Once)
Rather than flipping her whole life upside down, Paula established a baseline and then we added small behavioral portion reductions at specific meals. Each week or so, we’d review what was working and how to adapt—no guilt, no all-or-nothing pressure, just Paula being a great and honest communicator to me, and reviewing her progress as data so we could identify simple changes to add in once she was already feeling routine and comfort in her plans.
5️⃣ Proactive Community & Professional Support
Having Dr. Luu & the Physiomed Airport team in her corner added IN PERSON real-time feedback most weeks, and a hands-on tailored approaches like this always help you to do the things that you consciously can't push yourself to do.
6️⃣ Mindset: Celebrate, Don’t Fixate
Paula didn’t obsess about plateaus or setbacks. And treated each win with more humility and caution than 99% of people do. In fact Paula didnt ever give off any concern toward any external judge or measuring stick. She only even checked the scale two times she told me about in the past 5 weeks.
Her focus is an example because she celebrated forward progress (27.8 lbs down, medication reductions!) even when the scale wasn’t being observed, she held to the plan. Focused on her inputs. That mindset is a key to removing any of our own inner judgments ; whether they are positive inner thoughts or negative ones.
7️⃣ Looking Ahead: Structure Before Complexity
We’re not done—Paula still has many other goals across different areas of her life!
But she’s built a tremendous foundation first that I had to give recognition for. (lol she knows this very well by now because I couldnt stop myself from texting her reiterating how happy her results have made me because she is setting a tremendous example for everybody here... myself included)
As Paula moves into her second phase, even more dietary flexibility will come…but only because she’s proven how powerful structure and fundamentals can be!
