Gut problems? Chewing problems
I found (for myself) that ONE cause of my gut problems was NOT CHEWING my food enough. When you poop, do you see a lot of “WHOLE” pieces of food? SIGN YOU ARE RUSHING You are anxious eating (THAT MAY BE WHY You started to eat--you were anxious, fearful and it caused you to eat emotionally) Read next: Feeling Feelings & MOVING them WITHOUT food But if you ARE hungry--eat VERY SLOWLY--ENJOY IT! CHEW CHEW CHEW until your daddy takes the T-Bird away! Ha CHEW WAY MORE than you think you should. Your brain takes 15-20 mins to tell your stomach it’s full--so chew WELL! It’s also been studied, that when people chew more, they lose more weight, or STAY in shape! Baby you can do it, take your time chew it right! You can chew it baby, chew your food right! Brush your teeth to lose weight?
EASY, right? “TOO easy”? “How will brushing my teeth help me lose weight?” I said “Put half the food you THINK you want in the fridge” remember? NEXT: EAT then get up brush your teeth--RIGHT AWAY-- LEAVE the dishes, LEAVE EVERYTHING GET OUT of the house! “DANGER!” (like Mystikal’s old song, remember?) That’s what I hear I SWEAR! EVERY time I’m about to overeat--”DANGER!” (and honestly, I IGNORE IT WAY TOO OFTEN) But i’m working on getting back to listening AS SOON AS I HEAR “DANGER!” Stopping, then brushing my teeth and getting out of the house away from my food Because when you brush your teeth, you get the taste of food off And LET’S BE REAL: WHO LOVES to brush your teeth? Do you wanna do it again? Does Crest make you hungry? NOPE And TOOTHPASTE ALSO MAKES FOOD AND DRINKS TASTE LIKE CRAP at first So if you just get past that first few mins you’re usually good! You come back from your walk and depending on what you ate YOU COULD BE FEEELING THAT STUFFED feeling OR you could be PERFECTLY SATIATED But when you keep eating YOU DO NOT FEEL IT--TIL IT’S TOO LATE SO BRUSH YOUR TEETH TO LOSE WEIGHT! EVERY LITTLE THING matters! THERE ARE NO “LITTLE” wins! EVERY “LITTLE” win adds up to BIG HEALTH AND FITNESS VICTORIES! YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Meditation Benefits for Childhood Trauma Thrivers
I was always afraid to meditate because I was afraid it would make me docile and unable to focus on my task(s) at hand. Just the opposite is true. Meditation helps me narrow my focus and do only the important things with excellence. It’s like baseball--it energizes me to watch it, because of course there are periods of intense action, but baseball soothes and cleanses my mind, heart and soul in ways nothing else can. It’s nostalgic and I remember the good times in a tumultuous childhood. Meditation is very similar, but I can have it any time, any place--no electricity, cable or sound required. Benefits of meditation include (but are not limited to): 1. Helps me think better 2.  Helps me sleep better 3.  De stresses me 4. Helps prevent stress 5. Creative ideas 6. Memory 7. Writer’s block 8. Better circulation 9. Bowels and digestive system work better 10.  Muscles feel less tense, so I get pain relief What benefits does Mediation give you??? 3 Tips to LOSE WEIGHT QUICK!
1) If you wanna take the island, burn the boats--KEEP YOUR Kryptonite outta the house 2) Put it on a smaller plate 3) TAKE HALF of what you THINK you wanna eat, put the other half in the fridge. Outta sight outta mind. IF you feel hungry after CHEWING CHEWING CHEWING WAY MORE Than you think you should--(AND GIVE IT AT LEAST 20 mins) THEN go get the food you put in the fridge!
