I found (for myself) that ONE cause of my gut problems was NOT CHEWING my food enough.
When you poop, do you see a lot of “WHOLE” pieces of food? SIGN YOU ARE RUSHING
You are anxious eating (THAT MAY BE WHY You started to eat--you were anxious, fearful and it caused you to eat emotionally) Read next: Feeling Feelings & MOVING them WITHOUT food
But if you ARE hungry--eat VERY SLOWLY--ENJOY IT! CHEW CHEW CHEW until your daddy takes the T-Bird away! Ha CHEW WAY MORE than you think you should.
Your brain takes 15-20 mins to tell your stomach it’s full--so chew WELL! It’s also been studied, that when people chew more, they lose more weight, or STAY in shape!
