Brush your teeth to lose weight?
EASY, right? “TOO easy”? “How will brushing my teeth help me lose weight?” I said “Put half the food you THINK you want in the fridge” remember? NEXT: EAT then get up brush your teeth--RIGHT AWAY-- LEAVE the dishes, LEAVE EVERYTHING GET OUT of the house! “DANGER!” (like Mystikal’s old song, remember?) That’s what I hear I SWEAR! EVERY time I’m about to overeat--”DANGER!” (and honestly, I IGNORE IT WAY TOO OFTEN) But i’m working on getting back to listening AS SOON AS I HEAR “DANGER!” Stopping, then brushing my teeth and getting out of the house away from my food Because when you brush your teeth, you get the taste of food off And LET’S BE REAL: WHO LOVES to brush your teeth? Do you wanna do it again? Does Crest make you hungry? NOPE And TOOTHPASTE ALSO MAKES FOOD AND DRINKS TASTE LIKE CRAP at first So if you just get past that first few mins you’re usually good! You come back from your walk and depending on what you ate YOU COULD BE FEEELING THAT STUFFED feeling OR you could be PERFECTLY SATIATED But when you keep eating YOU DO NOT FEEL IT--TIL IT’S TOO LATE SO BRUSH YOUR TEETH TO LOSE WEIGHT! EVERY LITTLE THING matters! THERE ARE NO “LITTLE” wins! EVERY “LITTLE” win adds up to BIG HEALTH AND FITNESS VICTORIES! YOU ARE WORTH IT!
