Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. What's everyones favourite thing about this group. When I started it was that I'd get help and advise in GK. After being on for so long. I love now being able to help others and contribute with hopefully some good posts whilst promoting J4K

Yesterday I received a really nice surprise from @Ray Newland it was very unexpected but shows how much my efforts are appreciated. I'm not on here for what I can get out of it other then the fact I feel good being able to support other Goalkeepers and parents and love how most are supportive of me. The Ice XTN was the first ever glove I got from J4K so I'm excited to have them back in my collection and I get through my mindset journals so this is very helpful. Thank you so much Ray and J4K ~ I'm proud to be different
