First friendly of the season
Our first game as a team landed at a loss of 2-0, we played a strong women’s team. Lots of learning points but it was a great start to the season. Had to cut the game short, the sun went down and it got pretty dark.

Any one else get frustrated with this?
This hardly ever gets a free kick, I’m pretty sure they can’t deliberately make an attempt at the ball, does it happen with you?

You are right, the striker cannot make an attempt at the ball here, it depends on the ref you have if they call the foul. Law 12 of the laws of the game states that the opponents must not interfere with or prevent the goalkeeper from releasing the ball, if called the consequence is an indirect free kick and possibly a yellow to the striker. This happens to me all the time, and it is never called either.

New Kit
Finally most of my kit has arrived for the new season. Today I chose my ionics for training and had a fantastic session, so much fun 😁 . I hope you enjoyed it to Hadleigh
