Quad sets of 20. Full body. Intentional stress. This workout wasn’t about chasing weight—it was about managing fatigue under control. Here’s how the quad set works 👇 Weight I could normally do for ~12 reps → 12 reps → 10-second pause → 5 reps → 10-second pause → Final 3 reps under fatigue That’s 20 reps without changing the load. Three quad sets per movement. Full body. Why I use this strategy 👇 • Massive metabolic demand without junk volume • Teaches breathing and composure under fatigue • Protects joints by keeping mechanics clean • Builds conditioning and resilience fast Mid-workout I crossed 600+ calories burned. So I added Electrolytes + a small glucose source. This isn’t an everyday method. It’s a tool for high-stress weeks, fat-loss phases, and conditioning resets. Train with intention. Movember
For the end of November I bought some battle ropes after watching Physical Asia on Netflix. I thought I was getting stronger but wow battle ropes kick my butt... If I ever do any physical competitions, I think I need to keep on doing battle ropes box jumps training.
