Not in a good headspace today. Didn't want to her out of bed nevermind doing a workout. So it took longer then normal to get my routine going. But im glad I stuck to it. Stillness in the best head space. But happy I decided to get it going.

Today's movement, upperbody ladder did the heaviest chest press ever as well as my bentover rows. Did my murph training today as well.
