Today is the day!
I hav all the ingredients but the citric acid so here’s to hoping it still turns out okay. I’ve got a lot of valentine orders and praying this recipe helps me to have full Mac’s

I think I baked them a little too long because they turned a little brown and are crunchy but fillings will definitely help

Fail! Flat feet cracked tops. First time using confection (275) on my oven. Also used French method. Maybe didn't dry long enough 30 min. Waiting for my candy thermometer to arrive to try new recipe!

Macarons
Today is my third times trying out crystal recipe. Everything still looking good. Full mac today but i still need to adjust my oven temp because it seem alittle hot in oven some are crack but still a good mac. When it too cold my macaron isnt as smooth.

Those look great! I can’t wait to get this recipe. I’ve been using borderland bakery’s recipe for years and it just isn’t consistent.’sometimes shells are full, sometimes overly hallow. Weather makes it finicky

Thank you! I have tried French method but excited to try this method. I’ve never seen a recipe where you add egg whites after you already have the meringue but I’m excited to try it out
