Consistency: Why Do I Keep Falling Off? šŸ‘€
I can’t count how many times I’ve told myself, 'š˜–š˜¬š˜¢š˜ŗ, š˜µš˜©š˜Ŗš˜“ š˜µš˜Ŗš˜®š˜¦ š˜ā€™š˜® š˜Øš˜¦š˜µš˜µš˜Ŗš˜Æš˜Ø š˜£š˜¢š˜¤š˜¬ š˜°š˜Æ š˜µš˜³š˜¢š˜¤š˜¬.' It usually starts the same way - strong momentum, good intentions, then life happens. And the cycle continues: š™Žš™©š™–š™§š™© > š™Žš™©š™¤š™„ > š™š™šš™„š™šš™–š™©. After a while, I started noticing something. Somewhere along the way, consistency turned into: āž”ļø doing things perfectly āž”ļø never missing a day āž”ļø or feeling like momentum was way too fragile and easy to lose And that mindset? It made consistency feel heavy instead of doable. So I stopped asking why I can’t stay consistent and started asking what makes consistency fall apart for me and I came up with a few things I want to share with others. This week, I’m running a šŸ±-š—±š—®š˜† š—–š—¼š—»š˜€š—¶š˜€š˜š—²š—»š—°š˜† š—„š—²š˜€š—²š˜ š—˜š˜…š—½š—²š—暝—¶š—ŗš—²š—»š˜ - not to ā€œfixā€ anyone, but to practice a different way of showing up that actually worked for me. One that’s: ā˜‘ļø flexible instead of all-or-nothing ā˜‘ļø focused on returning, not restarting ā˜‘ļø built around real life, not ideal conditions This isn't a challenge to "do more" or "try harder" or ā€œdo this one thing for 5 days and you’ll forever be consistent.ā€ It's about figuring out why your consistency breaks in the first place so you can nip it in the bud for good. If that resonates and you want to join me, you’re welcome inside The Escaper’s Lab. We’re testing this together, one small action at a time. šŸ‘‰ https://www.skool.com/the-escapers-lab

Lights, Camera, January: It’s Main Character Energy Time!
Quick question: Have you ever looked at your life and thought, ā€œI’m technically present, but I’m not actually living it like I really want?" Maybe you’ve been: āž”ļø busy supporting everyone else āž”ļø living on autopilot with overwhelm and burnout āž”ļø waiting to ā€œfeel readyā€ before taking up space Meanwhile, life’s happening and you’re stuck in a supporting role in your own story. Inside my free community, The Escaper's Lab, we’re changing that. We’re running a month-long experiment called Main Character Energy - not the fluffy ā€œbe confident!ā€ kind - but the grounded ā€œI trust myself and I stop asking for permissionā€ kind. Because confidence isn’t built by hype. It’s built by IDENTITY. Here’s the vibe of the experiment. We’re practicing: šŸ’ choosing yourself without guilt šŸ’ rebuilding self-trust šŸ’ stopping the constant overthinking šŸ’ acting like someone whose life actually matters (because it does) Small actions. Micro moments. Real internal rewiring. Who this is for: Women who are tired of disappearing into responsibilities, expectations, and autopilot — and are ready to step back into the center of their lives…and do it in a way that fits their real life. Want to join us? If this sounds like your kind of growth, you’re invited. I'd love to have you! šŸ’œ šŸ‘‰ The Escaper's Lab

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! šŸ˜‰ After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ā¬‡ļø

@Tenisha Collins absolutely! Oreo queen here!
To my present self, from one year in the future… #ThrowbackThursday
The original idea: You thought this group would be a quiet corner of the internet, a sacred space where faith met focus, where affirmations weren’t just positive words but prophetic declarations. You imagined a community where believers could rise daily, speak life, and walk boldly in their God-given identity. You hoped it would be a place where greatness wasn’t just affirmed, it was activated. The problem you wanted to solve: You saw too many purpose-driven people, entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and ministers—drifting in discouragement, isolated in their calling, or spiritually dry in their pursuit of success. You created this space for them. For the ones who needed daily reminders of who they are in Christ. For the ones who pour out but rarely get poured into. For the ones who needed a rhythm of renewal, not just another feed of noise. Your first goal: You said, ā€œIf even one person logs in, reads a post, and says, ā€˜That was for me,’ then it’s worth it.ā€ You weren’t chasing numbers, you were chasing impact. You wanted to see transformation. You wanted to hear testimonies of clarity, courage, and calling reignited. You wanted to build a community that didn’t just talk about greatness, but lived it, affirmed it, and multiplied it. Now look at what God has done. This community is alive. It’s not a ghost town, it’s a garden. Every daily post, every affirmation, every Sacred Sunday and Thankful Thursday has become seed. And the harvest? It’s real. People are growing. Marriages are healing. Businesses are launching. Faith is rising. And you, you’re not the same man who started this. You’re bolder, clearer, more surrendered, and more on fire than ever. You said yes. And Heaven backed you. Keep going. The best is still unfolding. —Future DennisāœØļø Founder, Shepherd, and Witness to Greatness https://www.skool.com/affirm-your-greatness-2624/about

Love it! You got this...yes, keep going, keep growing, keep saying yes!
You’re not stuck — you’re just carrying too much.
When I first started my community (not very long ago), I imagined a space where women could finally exhale. A place to talk honestly about stress, confidence, growth, and identity — without having to perform, prove, or push through. The women I built it for are high-capacity women. The ones who look like they’re ā€œdoing fineā€ on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Women who’ve already tried pushing harder — and realized that wasn’t the answer. My first goal was simple, but meaningful: to create a space where women felt seen, supported, and reminded they weren’t broken — they were overloaded. And build my community to 100 members ā˜ŗļø A space where there’s room for every woman to shine, without comparison, competition, or pressure. What surprised me most was how quickly women opened up once they realized they didn’t need fixing. When the pressure lifted, clarity showed up. And confidence followed. If I could tell past-me one thing, it would be this: Start sooner. Trust the quiet pull. You don’t need to rush or shout for this to work. The right women will feel it. And if I’m speaking to myself one year from now — keep choosing depth over noise, alignment over hustle, and community over doing it alone. šŸ‘‰ If you’re craving a space that feels supportive, grounding, and real — not loud or performative — you’re exactly who I built this for. https://www.skool.com/reframe-rise-women/about?ref=11bf4fa860fd4a5bbcec55629467266a
