Hey, I wanted to share this because maybe it will hit home… You know that feeling when you finish your video or your talk and immediately think, “Why did I say that…” or “Did that even make sense?” It’s something I hear about often and that used to be me - and sometimes still is :) I also often hear from people who say they don’t want to look or sound “stupid.
