Indoor practice can be loud on the floors!
Any tips on making indoor practice quieter? What can I do, friends?

@Alja Schmidt thank you for that. No I don’t have downstairs neighbors, but our walls are super thin and sometimes I can hear my neighbours talking. so between the sounds of the skates and the clunking on the floor, I’m sure they can hear me too. And I would love to practice later at night, but then it’s gonna make it even more loud. Lol

@Lucia Capellaro that’s a great idea. Thank you for that.
100 Days Updated in Classroom
Its been a couple weeks since I updated the classroom. 100 day skate school series just got about 20 added. Also i’ve gotten some questions about how to progress the percent meter on each course. You do this by checking the complete button on each module inside. Here is a video below of how to do it. So get in there and start crossing every skill off until there is nothing left!🕺🏽🔥

Practicing In Small Spaces
Hey skaters, I practice in my living room and in my She Shed. Does anyone else practice in your home?

@Tiffany Chin I think I’m gonna have to try that myself. Thank you so much for the suggestion!❤️

@Linh N. well, definitely start with your knee guards and risk guards and all of that stuff. And maybe you should practice falling just a little bit if you haven’t already. Because when you’re used to falling, it’s not as scary, especially when you can get better control of your falls. ❤️
Advice on adjusting new skates
Way excited cuz my new skates got here yesterday!! They are Chuffed Wanderer. I watched the unboxing video and followed all the instructions for loosening and tightening all the things. Had my first skate tonight (indoor rink - TY Lynnwood Bowl & Skate) and it was almost perfect! Boots are comfy. They clearly cute. But here's my question... It was really hard to do forward bubbles. I went sooo slooowww. It was like moving thru mud. Is this a truck adjustment? Are they too tight?

@Ingrid Berendt thank you! I got my laces from “noodles” laces on IG. I looove them! And against the green skates, I think it’s so pretty! I don’t know what I’m gonna do when they break one day. Probably cry first. 😂😂😂

@Ingrid Berendt do it!!! I have another set of laces that’s a pink purple green kind of blend, but I like the yellow and orange and hot pink better. I love this look. lol🥰🥰🥰
Dancing in 78A 58mm wheels?
Hi everyone! I'm new 🎃 I've just bought a pair of Moxi Panther skates, and I believe they have 78A, 58mm wheels. I'm waiting to receive them, so... I'm gonna go ahead and ask... is it an ok skate for a begginer dance skater? should i get other harder wheels? I almost all the time, skate in my home, I have wooden floors. Buenos Aires doesn´t have a rink. Only one or two skate parks, and right now they look pretty scary to me. Any advice? Thank you kindly! 🥰

@Yvonne Constancio my skate partner, was helping me by letting me try on different wheels, he already had because boy it gets expensive, “trying” things out!

@Yvonne Constancio you are so right. Every resurface is just a little bit different. Thank goodness for skate that lets you borrow their wheels instead of having to buy them every time.
