@Drew Hopper We have a lot of trees, but very different ones like oak, pecan, desert willow, loquat, mimosa, crepe (or crape) Myrtle, fig, mulberry, and a tree we love to hate is hackberry.
Day 15: Back to Basics
Today is about getting back to the basics. Simple movement, simple food, simple habits. Walking, stretching, moving in ways that feel natural and bring joy. Functional fitness that makes life easier and more enjoyable. The basics done consistently will always give the biggest results. After your session, share a comment to stay accountable and inspire others.

I like the variety you offer in a short time frame, and sometimes pick up 5 lb. weights for biceps and triceps. Walking in the hilly neighborhood is a good addition for me, or hop on an old stationary bike if the weather is stormy or time is limited. That gets my heart rate up pretty quickly! Thanks for all you do everyday for us amidst other demands on your time!
Day 23: Stronger At Any Age
No matter your age, you can build strength, muscle, and confidence. Every time you show up for yourself, you prove it is never too late to get stronger. Daily movement adds up and makes a real difference over time. After your session, share one way you feel stronger today than you did yesterday.
