@Darren Liu I am finding I am starting to make more excuses than I was before

@Darren Liu Maybe but not sure what else to call it when stuck at same weight. That happened when I was consistently weighing everything in grams counting calories and macros. I raised calories to try to reset (maybe not long enough) and then dropped back down again for a deficit. But I agree I need to lock in and get 100% consistent again.

“Rebuilding health after cancer and won’t let that get in the way. I will win this one.” That’s what @Jennifer Crafton wrote in her coaching application before we took her in — and she’s a woman of her word. You’ve been with us since June 2024 — that’s quite a long journey to be on. You’ve been through a lot of turmoil, some injuries, some setbacks… but you never took your foot off the gas. Not only are you mastering your health and developing awesome habits, you’re in this community paying it forward 🫡 🟢 Started at 78 kg (171 lbs) 🟢 Currently at around 64 kg (140 lbs) 🔥 You wanted to lose 30 lbs, now you’re down 31 and still going! @Kevin Teachanarong , your fellow BBB’ers, and I are super proud of you. More work to be done! 🫡 📲 Folks, if you’re curious about our 1on1 Inner Circle coaching program, you can DM me “RESULTS” to get the conversation going. It can be the most transformative decision of your life.

Congratulations @Jennifer Crafton 🥳
How I’m handling a “picky eater” ☺️
And how the same principle can be applied to adult humans too! 🟢 Parents: Do you deal with “picky eaters”? Do you have meal principles in place? 🔴 Adults without kids: do you agree that including your favorite processed foods as a minority part of your diet vs. completely removing them works better for long-term sustenance? Let’s talk 👇👇👇

No kids-100% agree I think when we are made to think certain foods have to be cut out then eating turns into dieting instead of how we eat becoming our lifestyle. I like knowing I can have my fav chips with a sandwich or a cookie or whatever and it doesn’t mess up my goals. It’s a lot less stressful. I think @Darren Liu you have said before not to categorize food as good or bad. I think that’s the right frame of mind for the long game.
My toxic obsession 😈
Does anyone just… Pace around a small room when you’re away at an early morning wedding so you don’t have to play too much catch-up later? The problem with trying to hit your AVERAGE step count instead of just hitting a regular number goal like 15,000 steps is that… The average just keeps getting higher 😆🥲 What have I become? #TeamWeird for life because normal hasn’t gotten me anywhere in life ✌️

I’ve done step touches while watching a kdramas or done laps down the hall and around the dining table. My steps definitely need to be more consistent.
🎞️ What movie takes you right back to your childhood living room?
This is an EASY one for new members stuck at Level 1! Just drop a GIF if you want 😄
