I got my leads for the Bookkeeper in a Box program, super excited to get started! A question I have though, since they came in Friday evening, should we be reaching out over the weekend (at least via email) or wait until the work week begins in a situation like this?

For expenses paid on a personal card: Is there a way to apply it to any excess owner draw/owner pay taken from the same year? For example, buying fuel for a vehicle. I want to make sure the expense goes in the fuel category, but can I create a JE to also pull from the owner draw account?

On top of my emailing and social media posting and other marketing for my bookkeeping business, I have been working on my website. I have created interactive tools on my website and I am starting to promote them. These are free tools. I was really happy with the outcome of them. If anyone would like to check them out and give me feed back on them let me know. I could use some testers to make sure they are working properly and are easily understood.

Should vehicles be listed in the COA as assets or expenses? Assuming they are paid off and no longer a long term liability.
