New Training Modules Posted!
Both "Start Here" and "Strength Stretching", which is the core of FlexTheory, have been published and are available to all members. Strength Stretching session one is about 35 minutes long and will be accompanied by 2-3 training sessions each week for a six week duration. Afterward some of the emphases will change to introduce additional material, and we will continue successive 6-8 week series' as we build forward together.

More good stuff is on the way. I'm reshooting some of the footage that I intended to share yesterday due to sound settings that caused some issues. That means the next iterations will be better than the intended ones ever could have been. Spend time each day appreciating your challenges for the problem solving events that they allow. You will grow from both the problem and construction of the solution if you do. Had I not done that exact thing I would not be here to share any of this with you. I am grateful that I am.

What to Add Next? 🤔👀
In addition to ongoing and recently released training options, which item below would you like to see added next? Glute Building: Layered exercises that stretch, strengthen, and grow your glutes in ways that add to your athleticism and longevity. Faux-sacs to Cossacks: Sequences of exercises that stand in their own for building your hips, adductors, and hamstrings, but that also lead to near Cossack positions (Faux-sacs) and ultimately to how to get the most out of what I regard as the ultimate lower body access position. Full Body Minicamp: Shorter sets of Full Body training sessions with a more specific focus, and all of the intensity.
