It has been a week, I worked over 60 hours… and to celebrate Friday I hosted my first drum circle in town. Has 5 people show up and they were so kind supportive and generous with their donations~ my heart! It took a min to get started but we got a good rhythm. Today I’m off to teach card making to the seniors. Next Thursday my first live meditation in person! The IRL events are taking off! Also as I wrap up the year end, Lunar new year celebrations are coming up! Does anyone want to learn about the new horse year?

Broke my pick up and I bought a new one, it arrived yesterday. And BOOM just like that I flew into action. I moved the TV I plugged in everything Found my mic And gathered my old music Started singing. It felt so good. Now I feel like making a stage in my house! Hello lovely members 💛 I woke up this morning and realized that I hadn’t officially scheduled any Sip & Spark sessions for February yet. I want to be real with you. This week has been extra full as I’ve been working (a bit too much) and preparing for upcoming events, Vulva Workshop tomorrow at 8:30-9:30am, IRL Drum circle, and a family trip to Costa Rica for my 40th. I truly value our time together and never want to show up half-present or half asleep. So today will be a mini-postpone, and I would love to make it up to you, with and intentional Sip & Spark instead ✨ Thank you for always being such a supportive and understanding community.
