Week 2 Day 1
Went to the gym and just did an around the world workout on machines for 30-40 minutes. I promise to sleep early tonight.

@Alyssa Furukawa Okay I didn’t do great but I did sleep before 12:30. I just need to not be on my phone after 9:30. I just don’t know when I’d take care of the necessary catch up though. It’s not even for leisure, it’s ordering stuff for my kid or the house… BUT I do need to prioritize my sleep more.

Thank you clarifying Alyssa! I just didn’t understand how anyone can just have a thumb size amount of milk. 😅 I think I just drink it because my kid doesn’t drink it all and I hate seeing it go to waste. Yes, I know that’s bad but I figure it’s protein so I drink it, and milk is so dang expensive!

Wow!! This was so easy and everyone is enjoying it! We topped it with avocado and cheese. I sprinkled mine with hemp hearts too. Sooo good. Thank you for this recipe, Alyssa!!

Knee pain
Hey Alyssa.... Any advice for alternatives to the split squats? I just couldn't do the due to knee pain. I can do regular squats and the wall sit just fine.... But lunges kill my knees. I had knee problems in the past and assume the pain is because I need to strengthen those muscles.... But wondering what I can do for now instead of the split squats.
