Great News
Had a shapescale weigh in and lbs and inches lost! I can also FINALLY use the vibe plate and massage in the pod! Things are continuing to go in the right direction. I’m also finding more foods to increase volume while eating in a calorie deficit. Overall I’m thrilled at the progress Good luck to everyone on their journey.

WIN: Felt a bit off for 2 days, took some time to have quiet time and REFOCUS/ RESET. Ultimately not sure why I was off but I was able to reset. CHALLENGE/STRUGGLE: Salt. I have been craving salt like nobody's business. I snacked on organic sweet potato tortilla chips - not the best, not the worst BUT satisfied the salt with minimal impact overall. My Ferritin levels are down, I see hematologist Monday and hope for resolution this coming week. This should resolve the salt cravings. 🤞🙏

@Joe Carabase My goal for March is 3 miles per day. Jan was 1 mile per day, Feb was 2 miles per day. I would like Apr to be 4 and May to be 5. At that point I would like to maintain 5 for the remainder of the year as I build upper body strength. Come Jan I would like to do the same pattern but Sprint 1 mile, Walk the 4 and build it so that I am sprinting all 5 by May 2027. My ULTIMATE goal is to complete in a 5 mile run next year in the late spring or early summer - the over achiever wants to do it in early spring -LOL

@Lisa Mazzotta Ivaldi Thanks Lisa. For me, it was motivating. I stopped, had a 20 minute mental health meeting with myself, re-evaluated and reminded myself that with Discipline & Focus anything is possible.
