@Liliya Sadovaya very common on weekends since there is less structure so id recommend creating nutritional structure I .e water upon wake, collagen in coffee, 11 am protein shake, first meal 1:00 pm, greens shake 3:00 pm , dinner flexible, have big water bottle w you all day..Then you'd set times on your alarm clock for these times. does that make sense?
