Bananas
I didn’t realize that bananas had such a high carb count. Not to mention 2Tb of creamer with coffee To rotate carbs I’m going to have to change my mindset starting with breakfast. One banana puts me well over the daily carb macro and leave out creamer or coffee all together leaving me with protein and a careful selection of veggies the rest of the day or am I doing something wrong? Could you please clarify? It’s in CRONOMETER where I’m recording my daily intake

@Team D-Fine yes it does. Thank you. I’m not eating potatoes rice or pasta. I did however have a sandwich of chicken salad which had mayo in it on honey oat bread today. But that’s not the norm. I’ll back off the bad fats, creamer, butter etc which I don’t eat everyday either and see if eliminating them all together makes a difference. Tonite I ate steak tips which I asked not to have any added fats should it was cooked and just seasoned and green beans which I know were sautéed in coconut oil as per the menu. So fats are everywhere it seems. So eliminating them is harder than I thought but I’ll be more mindful. It’s vacation and it’s hard not to indulge a little. Thanks for the input

Looks like my new protocol is working. Lost inches in my arms using Numatec on them. Still trying to eat clean and drinking my water which for me is a must. It’s a struggle but I drink about 2/3rds of what I need just in water not including water in shakes or other water based drinks. I know hidden sugars or refined sugar is not my friend so I’m careful about how much fruit vs proteins and good carbs I eat. I’m not perfect and it’s going to a lot longer to lose than to gain (like my body is fighting me) but it’s happening and I’m willing to work at it for as long as it takes

This week feels like a win. Eating well except for today but not going crazy though. Struggling a little. Not in my own home or where I have access to nutritional food right now. Sugar is main item. So as long as I can eat good later I’ll be fine. So I’m confident I’ve done well. Shapescale on Monday

I’m happy to keep on losing. That is my ultimate goal. It’s slow but hopefully I can speed it up a little with Joes help. I’m on a new protocol of RL/vibe and compression as well as sticking to the eating and exercising options. Since I’ve been here for awhile it’s gotten easier to stay away from junk. I just don’t really want or enjoy it so much. The hypno videos are helping a lot. I listen every day. It’s like brain training to me. So I guess I’m winning while losing!😄
No loss, no gain
I’m kinda stuck. Trying to keep my macros good. Protein is always going to be a problem as well as water intake. I drink 2 shakes a day with water There’s about 90 gr combined. With protein powders, collagen, greens, then at least one meal with meat protein plus veggies and about 60 ozs of water. I’m full! I snack on fruit and maybe a greens shake in the evening but I’m just not moving. Good thing is my clothes are fitting better and my skin seems to be in better condition.
