New here Hi there - just getting connected here - been at d-fine since 2/6 so just about 3 weeks - trying to get all the info and make sure I am not missing anything - added collagen, aloe Vera and alkaline water - not sure how much of it all - been building up aloe Vera to a cup, at least one cup or more alkaline water each day, also taking the milk thistle - cut out sugar almost completely, increasing protein and water intake with goal of 88 ounces but maybe that needs to be higher, exercising 3/4 times a week - what else may I be missing - do I need the app or just being online work ?

Greatest Win this week
My greatest win this week was not giving in to eating processed sugary sweets, even though one of my S-I-Ls really negatively triggered me. I was pleased to have identified the trigger, but my self-sabotage behaviors came really close to the surface!
