Hi, I am having issues with my own bots for my business. I have tested 4.1 and 4.1 nano but both are pulling "oops it looks like that slot is taken" a billion times driving customers mad. Anything confusing you want clarity? Would the call/chat routing be a helpful snapshot?

My voice bot is not responding correctly and is reading tool calls out loud that are not connected to the bot. Was working just fine until I had to update the system. Prompt hasn’t changed.
