HDN Update – Coffee Fuel
My go-to right now is Black Rifle Coffee – Beyond Black. Strong as hell. No nonsense. I run two cups before cardio, then a couple more while I’m working, updating the sites and Heavy Duty Nation. And yeah… always black. That’s how it should be done. Quick reality check… Coffee isn’t hurting you if you use it right. It actually helps. Caffeine wakes up your nervous system, cuts fatigue, and sharpens focus. That’s why you feel locked in after a cup. It also bumps adrenaline a bit, which helps your body tap into stored fat easier. No, it’s not magic fat loss… but it absolutely supports the process. On top of that, coffee’s loaded with antioxidants. Real benefits there if you’re not abusing it. Key word: moderation. You don’t need 10 cups. You need a few at the right time, for a reason. Pre-cardio. Pre-work. Stay sharp. Black coffee. Get it done. And if you’re dumping sugar and cream in it… we gotta talk 😏 Markus

Hello everyone - Dedicated to staying active and high-performing through a disciplined approach to health. My fitness pillars are heavy lifting (HIT style), metabolic flexibility via a ketogenic lifestyle, and the mental clarity that comes with OMAD. I enjoy the challenge of pushing to absolute failure in the gym and refining my "template" for a healthy life. Always looking to swap tips on recovery, carnivore-leaning recipes, and maintaining peak intensity as an older athlete.

I have a silly ques -- where is the link to become a premium member?
Putting it out there
I'm 46, 255lbs. and 6'2". I would guess that I have around 25 percent body fat. Because of my frame I don't look overweight because it's spread out. Unfortunately over the years I have acculated a pretty significant double chin. I have a pretty slender face so it stands out. It's a little embarrassing and really annoying to say the least. I am in a calorie deficit and have given myself till June for it to go away or at least be not so noticeable. If I am not satisfied by June with the progress I will probably have liposuction to get rid of it permanently. Has anyone else had to deal with this situation? If so, what are some ideas or suggestions? Thank you!

hey right there with you -- currently at 21.2% body fat - been a journey -- the belly is always the last -- as we know abs are built in the kitchen :) Currently - Living by Mike Mentzer’s HIT philosophy (the best I can): 3 days a week, maximum intensity. Currently powered by Keto and One Meal A Day.
