Since everything we teach is about PRODUCTIZATION: Turning an intangible service or program into a unique physical and irresistible offer, let's do a fun exercise and productize yourself! 1) Log Into ChatPGT 2) Use my prompt and update with your copy, brand and items (along with a photo of you). 3) Post your result here! PROMPT: Please create an image of an action figure in packaging.The package should be labeled "Online Business Ninja & Founder." Use the attached photo as a reference for my face. He is tall, muscular, and handsome, dressed in black workout pants and a green V-neck T-shirt. The cardboard section of the package should be branded with the name “Fletchmonster.” The packaging should include a dedicated section labeled 'Accessories,' which contains the following items: - An iPhone - An Apple-style laptop computer - A microphone - A bottle of water - Nunchucks Make the overall design visually appealing and reflective of a futuristic AI YouTuber theme. Launched, great BUT
I have launched the ad couple of weeks ago. Got 5 appointments so far, but the CTR% is low, and I think something needs to change. For the people who succeeded, how do I need to think here? Should I go ahead and test a different image for better CTR% or should I test a different step of my program to see if they would jump on that?

@Giorgio Chemaly I can tell right off the bat that "leaders" is too broad. What type of leaders? Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts leaders? Armed Forces leaders? Sherpas? Not specific enough to call out who you want. And double productivity is also too broad... "Complete [what specific tasks] in [half the time] without [friction] Your message is not compelling and calling out specifically who you really want to work with. Small tweak can change that CTR. What are the specific characteristics of your ideal client?

@Giorgio Chemaly sorry, I'm just seeing this. Your program will work with many so yeah the broad category of leaders but your ads have to call out a specific avatar in a specific problem. You may have already seen this in half of the things that were out there and advice that everybody else been giving you but you could call out in your ads for tech leaders with problem that is their major problem and how you can help them. You can also run another ad completely different to people who are new leaders that newly functioning teams. You can do one in a different space a different vertical for people who are trying to get to another level that are already experienced. But your core course helps everybody but your avatar is called out in your ad and the promise of benefit is to the main problem that they are trying to solve. I hope that helps
Design Studio
has anyone rebuilt the designer studio information after making changes to the subsections in Campaign Planner and Roadmap planner. I am finding that theres no way to remove the previously generated information once you have back tracked and made changes to the previous steps . I see a Generate button , however Does that remove the entire module content , or will the content in CAmpaign and Roadmap be used to re create the designer step ?

@Lynn Overall did you ever get this answered? The only solution I found to work was to make the changes and clone it without any of the assets and then hit the design studio
Adding Community into Customer Engine?
Hey gang - I only caught the last half of Aaron's zoom last Friday. He mentioned adding a community like Skool into the mix, but didn't mention at what point in the funnel you invite people there. Just watched the Customer Engine course, and it's not discussed in there. Can someone tell me where that invitation to the community was intended to go? And anything else he may have mentioned about a community in the zoom call section that I missed? TIA - Bob 🙏 P.S. Would love it if there were a replay, GW Team :-)

I don't work for or speak for Aaron. You can invite into the community at any point. Right after they download the cheat sheet, invite them and they become part of your nurture campaigns. Whatever value you add to the marketplace, you post in your community, email nurture sequences, social posts, etc.
