First Win! First Client: AI RecruiterDNA Accelerater Workshop
Hello everyone, excited to share that I have sold my AI Workshop to a large international company. The first cohort of 17 has purchased my training, and then we will hopefully continue with the rest of the 300+ team. :). I had minor success selling my online course before finding GrowthWork, but I knew I as missing something, which was the Product Roadmap! I have not even completed the entire GW process, but once I was happy with my roadmap, I gained the confidence to start sharing on social media and with my network. Still have a lot to learn, but getting a win sure changes things. Now, my training and workshop are no longer "something I'm working on" to I have 10k in sales.

Way to go!
Launched, great BUT
I have launched the ad couple of weeks ago. Got 5 appointments so far, but the CTR% is low, and I think something needs to change. For the people who succeeded, how do I need to think here? Should I go ahead and test a different image for better CTR% or should I test a different step of my program to see if they would jump on that?

@JGregory Wright That explains a lot of things going on, like the low CTR% in my ad, and also the trap that I fell into, when the program can help most leaders, the marketing has to be specific. Yes, it helps a lot actually, I am currently updating the ads, and I will be running them again, will update you on the progress!
Is everyone overwhelmed in the beginning? I am a lot
I want to know your experience when you started Growthworks. I am very overwhelmed at this point and dont know how to move forward. Please share your experience

@Matthew Lopez I love this analogy, some good experience in copy huh?! Well action and prioritization over time solves most of the things. That is what I am currently up to.

@Ted Mauro Well Ted, I think many of us face the same case, I have a great product, but each round, I try to make it better by collecting feedback and see where I can improve.
Product Roadmap
Would you say the Product Roadmap is a Blueprint for your clients?

I would say that it is, especially when you explain it to them during the calls. The first time I sold a high-ticket program I was shocked, I didn't focus on the program, I spoke about the results that the clients told me he wanted to get. I briefed him on the program Product Roadmap, and boom he jumped on it. He had never seen anything like it. It's GOLD!
Just had a major breakthrough with my client Jimmy that I had to share with the community…
Jimmy came in with all the pieces—funding expertise, a high-value offer, organic content strategy, and even a lead magnet. But like many entrepreneurs, he was stuck in “build everything at once” mode—trying to optimize retargeting, launch new funnels, tweak multiple offers… all before doubling down on what was already working. On our strategy call, we paused and simplified. The real clarity came when we mapped his actual conversion flow: Hand-raiser post → DM convo → Google Doc or VSL → Website sign-up. He was already closing high-ticket deals this way with minimal friction. So instead of adding more, we decided to go all-in on that exact system. No extra calls. No complicated funnels. Just one premium offer and a proven DM flow. Now, Jimmy’s on track to build a long-term, scalable business that can hit $10M+ — not by doing more, but by doing less, better. The question I’ll leave you with: Where in your business are you overcomplicating something that’s already working? And what would happen if you simplified and scaled that? Let’s talk about it 👇

Simple is practical, and complex is a hindrance. I speak from experience with the doing it all at once complicating things altogether...
